Many careers in Sims 4 have confusing tasks for us. Normally, this isn’t such a big problem since you can quickly find the info you need on the internet. The task of browsing intelligence isn’t complicated, but it’s damn hard to find in the game if you don’t know what to look for. And you absolutely need to know how to do this if you want to advance in your Secret Agent career path past the first rank. So, how to browse intelligence in Sims 4?

Before I answer that, I’d like you to know a couple of things.

First, like most serious careers in Sims 4, the Secret Agent career has a total of 10 levels. There are 7 starting levels and 3 additional ones upon selecting a branch to specialize in. The Secret Agent career has 2 branches after level 7, the Diamond Agent branch and the Villian branch. 

Now, you’ll need to browse intelligence while you’re progressing through the 7 starting levels of the Secret Agent career path. The daily task is actually required on every level, so you must do it. However, once you choose a branch, you won’t need to browse intelligence anymore in TS4.

How to Browse Intelligence in Sims 4?

To browse intelligence in Sims 4, all you need is a computer. So send your Sim to the computer, turn it on and open the “Web” category. There you will see the option to “Browse Intelligence” with your career icon next to the text. Click on the option to start the interaction.

Make sure you wait for the entire interaction to finish in order to complete the task. And like I mentioned above, you’ll need to do this daily until you reach level 8 of the Secret Agent career.

The ideal mood for browsing intelligence is Focused. This will increase the success of the interaction, so it’s always good to have. There are many things you can do to get the Focused moodlet, such as listening to music, reading a book, playing video games, and using a telescope. But, the Focused moodlet isn’t a must for completing this daily task.

Browsing intelligence is very similar to the studying opponents daily task in the Professional Athlete career. Both of these tasks can be found in the “Web” category on the computer and both take a similar time to complete.
