If you’ve got the Cats & Dogs you’re already familiar with heterochromia, even if you don’t know what it’s called. For those unaware, heterochromia is when a person (or animal) has eyes that are different colors. I actually have a close relative with it, and it’s pretty neat!
Heterochromia is something you can be born with or you can develop it due to injury, illness, or as a result of certain medications. Luckily for our sims, the only reason they’d have it is purely cosmetic. Use it for sims with vitiligo, or to represent an eye injury, or just because it looks cool.
