Horses in The Sims 4: Mods and Other Options

In The Hands of Players

If you have been playing The Sims 4 for a while, you know that officially (“officially”) there are no horses in The Sims 4. This has been a quite a sad thing for many of us who enjoy playing the game because we keep asking for more and more interesting things in The Sims 4 base game and expansion packs.

Yet, you must already know that The Sims 4 fans are very creative people. We don’t have any horses in The Sims 4? Well, players will create some!

In this article, we will take a look at the mod for horses and other similar options!

Farasi The Horse Mod

Once you start looking for mods, you can come across Farasi the Horse by necrodogmtsands4s. This mod includes a functional horse that works as a bike. However, the nice thing is that you can pet him and even feed the horse!

Other Farm Mods

My First Farm Animal

If you’re looking not just for horses in The Sims 4, but also for more animals, this is the right place fore you! What you’ll need is “My First Farm Animal” which was created by Kawaiistacie. This mod is absolutely amazing and has many great features that will surprise even older players.

First things first, sadly, not everyone can get this mod. You’ll need The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs expansion pack for the farm to work. My First Farm Animal lets you have cows, pigs, and sheep in The Sims 4! If you’d like to get access to them, your character needs to have the Farmer trait first.

Once you get your hands on the Farmer trait, the animals either produce wool or milk for dairy products. Now, you’ll have a choice to make. You can either keep those products for your Sims to use, (greats for making your beloved Food CC). Or, on the other hand, you can choose to sell the products and make some extra money.

The Sims 4 Farmland Mod

Well, The Sims 4 might not be getting horses in the game or a real farming expansion, yet the modders are working hard! The mod creator behind the Brookheights Open World mod, Arnie Sims aka The Sims Plus, has announced they are working on a new mod called: The Sims 4: FARMLAND. Sounds great, right?

According to the mod creator, you have 5 Lots in the middle of the world (visible from the 2D Map View), where your Sims can live! But all around them is a giant interactive open area with a farm where you can harvest vegetables and cereals, go to school, work, marry your Sims in the Love Temple, go to shops, restaurants and much more without a loading screen.

Even though there are no official horses in The Sims 4, you can still find various farm mods to enjoy that lifestyle in the game! Ride the horses, milk your cows, and become a true farmer in the game.

Have fun, and don’t forget to keep an eye out for amazing mods and CC!
