How to Enable Cheats in Sims 4?

To be properly used, barista career cheats, like all other cheats for Sims 4, need to be properly enabled first. Here is what you need to do:

1. Launch and start playing your Sims 4 game
2. Open a dialogue box by simultaneously pressing CTRL+SHIFT+C on PC, COMMAND+SHIFT+C on Mac, or all bumpers if you play on a console (PlayStation or Xbox). This will open a bar in the upper left corner of your screen, and this is where you will be typing the cheats.
3. Type testingcheats true, and hit ENTER to confirm.
4. You should get a message that your cheats are enabled.

The Barista career has 3 levels, so use it once to reach the Bean Blender position (level 2), or twice if you want to reach the final, Latte Artiste position (level 3). One of the best things about Sims 4 career cheats is that you get to control how fast or slow your Sim advances in their career, be it a full-time, or a part-time career. Even if that means taking a step (or two) backward! For that, you’ll need a demotion barista career cheat.

To demote your Sim, type careers.demote parttime_barista in the dialogue bar, and hit Enter. The game will automatically notify you about this demotion.

The cheat works just like the promotion cheat, just backward. So, for instance, to get them demoted from Latte Artiste to Bean Blender type the cheat once and to get back to square one to Coffee Stain Remover position, type the cheat twice. 

How To Improve Mixology Skill With Skill Cheats?

To be a good barista, your Sim won’t need to learn how to make exclusive drinks. They just need level 2 to get promoted to reach a Latte Artiste position. But, if you want to, you can still use chats to help them learn faster.

To get them to level up to level 2 of mixology skill, type stats.set_skill_level Major_Bartending 2 and hit Enter. That’s it!

You can use this cheat to get them to any skill level. All you need to do is replace number 2 with any other number from 1-10 (the number stands for a skill level), and they will become a master mixologist in no time!
