A Comforting Beach Home For Our Sims
Ever since the launch of The Sims 4: Island Living, plenty of us Simmers have been engrossed on building the best beach houses in Sulani. The excitement of getting to use new lot elements and objects in the dreamy beach world was enough to keep us crafting our summer-inspired builds. A fellow Simmer, who go by the handle @kerenborja on X, took this fun mission a little bit further, by designing a cozy beach house that deserves our full attention! Check out their full post below.
A Special Sulani Gem
The cozy beach house by @karenborja is built in the world of Sulani. It is conveniently located near the open sea, and is entrenched among the bordering mountains and lush forests.
Inside the beautiful coastal build, our Sims can enjoy the comfortable placement of various pieces of furniture in nude and neutral tones. The entire cozy vibe of the interior area will make Sims feel as if they are in a modern bungalow.
From afar, the seaside house looks sturdy and stylish. Because of its large windows and open terraces, the house is able to receive ample natural light. This emphasizes the relaxing aura of the structure.
In the backyard, the beachside build is accompanied by a relaxing sunbathing deck, where our Sims can leisurely spend their afternoons with a drink or two. In front, there’s a nice porch and a bonfire pit perfect for the night bondings of our Sims.

What we find amazing about the cozy beach house is that it’s built with no CC! Yup. This pretty structure completely makes use of the objects and build mode tools that are available in the game.
