Today’s news is simply unbelievable! A Sims movie has been announced, and it looks like it’s going to be brought to life with one of Hollywood’s biggest names!
Margot Robbie, who scored a major hit with the Barbie movie, is on board as a producer with her company LuckyChap. With successes like “I, Tonya” and “Barbie,” she has established herself as one of Hollywood’s most successful producers.
Whether she’ll also take on a leading role in “The Sims” remains to be seen.
Kate Herron, renowned for the success of “Loki,” has been hired as the director. Together with Briony Redman, she’s responsible for the screenplay. Roy Lee, known for “The LEGO Movie,” is on board as a co-producer. With their expertise in visual storytelling and satirical humor, they’re promising candidates for “The Sims” project.
What will the movie be about? That’s still a mystery. But there’s plenty of material, and signs are pointing to the Sims movie being a big success. Of course, a good movie is a prerequisite, and the conditions for that look very promising!
