Then, just this April 18, the team behind The Sims 4 excitingly unveiled the first two kits that will spice up our game—the Greenhouse Haven Kit and the Basement Treasures Kit. What is the Greenhouse Haven Kit and What are Its Features?
According to an official article from The Sims 4, “The Sims 4 Greenhouse Haven Kit provides a Sim with a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of the busy world. Sims can create a peaceful and serene greenhouse in their home with lively and versatile gardening decor.” With the Greenhouse Haven Kit, we think that it’s really interesting how our Sims can now further focus on building their own peaceful dwelling for their plants in the game. Albeit much of the details are still a mystery to us at this point, so far, here are the following features we know of about the Greenhouse Haven Kit!

With the Greenhouse Haven Kit, your Sims can dabble further into pursuing their passion for gardening. The kit provides a set of refreshing new pieces that are perfect for creating a lovely greenhouse. Much like the Greenhouse Haven Kit, there isn’t plenty of information available for the Basement Treasures Kit yet. But as we did our little research, we found a handful of interesting features about the whole new kit. So, here are the things you can expect about the Basement Treasures!
1. Dwell in Comfortable Spaces from the past
The Sims 4 Basement Treasures Kit provides quite an exquisite touch to the game, as this is the first time that we Simmers will actually be introduced to the availability of aged and worn-out objects. It’s amazing to note that such objects can provide the game with immense charm, as the concept introduces nostalgia, comfort, and familiarity into the home.
2. Enjoy the Warmth of Old and Loved Objects
Simmer SimMatically also revealed a glimpse at the new items for the Basement Treasures Kit. Apart from the launch of the said two new kits for The Sims 4, we have also received a fresh update for our game this April 2023. The Sims 4 Direct Communications tweeted on April 18 that the recent update “has several bug fixes, including fixes for infant food preferences & chefs not entering restaurants, as well as new underwear options, & new decorative spots for bathroom items & more.”
The changes that will occur to the game through this patch update are massive, as it will include plenty of fixes not just with the base game, but with the existing expansion and game packs as well.
