This is it Simmers! There’s a latest trailer The Sims 4 team got for us and everybody’s going crazy about it. And yes, it’s confirmed that the latest title of the expansion pack is The Sims 4 For Rent!

Let’s Get Busy with the New Sims 4 For rent Trailer!

Earlier, we informed you about the trailer drop, and now here it is! At the beginning of the trailer, you can see that there are kids who are playing marbles. A popular toy that traces its roots to ancient civilizations of Southeast Asia. These toys are played indoors or outdoors and each of the players picks their own marble, and they need to strike down the other kids’ marbles out of the circle. The last marble wins.

Picturesque World of Tomarang

This enchanting, Thai-inspired new world of The Sims 4 is bringing a rich tapestry of culture, architecture, and natural beauty to all Simmers. Your Sims are in for a treat as they dive into the vibrant world inspired by Southeast Asia, and boy, are they in for a blast with tons of new and exciting community activities! The Sims 4 team collaborated with Jason Chu, who’s not just a fantastic Asian-American rapper but also a social justice champion and cultural expert with deep ties to Southeast Asia. They teamed up to create the For Rent Expansion Pack, a real treasure chest of opportunities for you to explore and flaunt your one-of-a-kind style. It’s going to be an absolute blast!

Our Sims can get a little breather from the bustling city life and can unwind and embrace the natural beauty of the botanical gardens, pay a visit to the animal sanctuary or even leave incense or offer fruits at the Spirit House!

And yes, kids can have a blast playing Hopscotch and Marbles! Kids will love this!

And what’s more exciting is that you’ll get to experience the famous Night Market of Southeast Asia! You’ll see a lot of local delicacies from different Asian countries like Khao Niao Mamuang (Mango Sticky Rice), Tofu Pad Thai ( a noodle stir fry with a sweet-savoury-sour sauce scattered with crushed peanuts), Pancit Bihon ( a very thin rice noodles fried with soy sauce and some citrus from Philippines), Burmese Samosa Soup (a delicious and hearty soup that originates from Myanmar), and Banh Cuon (a light flavourful dish from Vietnam). Don’t forget about the desserts because Halo Halo ( a delicious Filipino shaved iced dessert ) and Thai Iced Milk Tea is finally coming – yum!

You can now turn your Sims into a Property Manager where you can manage your own rental homes while generating income from multiple properties. What’s challenging is that you as the Property Manager can face some issues about tenants, some insect infestations and even mold! Yikes! But wait, Property Owners can do a visit and inspections to prevent that.

Aspirations We can Get

As a Property Owner/Manager, you can evict tenants also that leads to a new Fear of Sims. Your Sims can have Aspirations too! They can aspire to be the nosiest Seeker of Secrets, the ultimate Five-Star Property Owner, the local Fount of Tomarani Knowledge, or the most Discerning Dweller – the neighbor and tenant everyone loves. To make things even spicier, your Sims can adopt five new traits: they can be nosy, generous, cringe-worthy, Children of the Village, or embrace the wisdom of the elders. So get ready for some thrilling new adventures!

What else can we expect?

In the trailer, you can see a snooper tenant eavesdropping on the couple next door and, later on, sneaking into their room while they’re away. Is this a hint that we’re finally getting Burglars? If yes, Simmers are screaming in joy!
