List of all spells. The spell needs to be cast on the subject to work; Like to remove puddles, cast the spell on a puddle. To cure a Sim, cast the spell on a sim, etc.
There is a 20% chance that the spell fails, but if your magic skill is 2 levels higher then required, the spell always works.
