Next to hair, clothing is probably the most popular type of CC for The Sims 4. Across the world people express themselves with their clothes, and there are thousands and thousands of different aesthetics out there to choose from. EA has given us some great clothing as of late, but that doesn’t mean that CC isn’t still useful! If you’re looking for some new duds for your sims take a look at these Maxis Match clothing creators and hopefully you’ll find a new fave.

You can find Maxis Match clothing for sims of all kinds in nucrests’ catalog! While some of their creations are add-ons to official EA content, I challenge you to show a simmer any of their original pieces without them assuming it’s vanilla. This is a creator that definitely deserves to have their own Creator Kit.

xiuminuwu oscillates between making Maxis Match clothing for masc-framed sims and poses for all genders, so they’re a great 2-for-1 stop if you’re looking for both!

If you have a niche style in mind chances are good that marsmerizingsims has done it. They make modest clothing, cultural garments, historical attire, casual wear and basics, fantasy costumery, and so much more! Some of their pattern pieces can drift into Alpha territory but their basics should generally slot well into a Maxis Match game.

If Sentate ever decided to change their name they might as well change it to “Midas” because everything they make is gold! The whole shtick with this creator is that they are a Sims-exclusive luxury brand, focusing primarily on elegant fashion for femme sims. Sentate creates everything from club wear to wedding attire and it’s all glam as heck.

We picked the Clover collection to share because we just adore the Aster Dress which manages to have a high collar while leaving room to layer a necklace over it for a completely different style.

Fortunately they offer several membership options to their Patreon so you won’t be exposed to anything you don’t want to see.
