For the longest time, ghosts in The Sims 4 have been able to fall in love and get married… but not get pregnant. Well, PolarBearSims has made that change for us! For those of you who play a ghost and want the complete experience, we’re sure that you’ll love this mod. It basically allows your ghosts to get pregnant and have children. And the pregnancy works in the same way as with regular human Sims.
