We love the creative building techniques used in this lot, especially the giant lamp meant to simulate a full moon!

There’s a lot of personality tucked into this small 30×20 build! A cozy Residential for 1-2 sims with some homey details and a fabulous use of platforms will have you wanting to drop in for a visit to share some warm apple cider. As unwelcome as it might look from the outside, once you’re in it you might not ever want to leave. We sure wouldn’t!

Haunted Victorian House

A lovely 30×20 Haunted House Residential that captures those cozy autumn vibes, making it a welcoming location despite its ethereal occupants. It feels like the kind of place that young sims would visit to Trick-Or-Treat while saying hello to the specters and sharing funny jokes with the ghosts.

Old Haunted House

A 30×20 Haunted House Residential with a lovely furnished interior, but what really sells the spooky feeling that hangs over the place is the landscaping. Dead trees, overgrown bushes, and more let others know that while the house appears nice on the outside, there might be something more sinister within it.

The Haunted Mansion

This stunning 40×30 Residential is designed to loosely mimic the famous Haunted Mansion attraction at Florida’s Walt Disney World. Builder CraftyFox13 did their best to marry the iconic attraction with The Sims 4‘s content and capabilities, ending up with a lovely home that’s a combination of the real-world attraction, movie adaptation, and their own imagination.

Phantom Manor

Modeled after the Phantom Manor at Disneyland Paris, this beautiful Haunted House Residential is chock-full of details. The 40×30 lot really nails the aesthetic, and the use of mannequins as spooky figures throughout is a genius idea! Creator The September Sim even placed the build in a world to match how it looks at the IRL park.

New Orleans Haunted House

Despite one of the base game neighborhoods being modeled after the place, we don’t see nearly enough New Orleans-inspired architecture in Sims builds. N’awlins has got to be one of the most haunted cities in the United States so it’s the perfect setting for a Haunted House Residential! This beautiful 30×20 location is wonderfully constructed and lavishly decorated with plenty of room for a spooky family or entertaining many guests. With a house so nicely done, who cares about a few specters?

Haunted Abandoned Home

Whatever is lurking in the cabin on this 40×30 Haunted House Residential forced its resident(s) to vacate the premises in a hurry. It’s worn down and damaged but there are traces of evidence that whoever was here last definitely left while in the middle of something, meaning that the poltergeists that loiter here are definitely not looking for roommates!

If your sim is brave enough with a can-do attitude, this cabin could be cleaned up into a respectable vacation rental or small home. You can decide whether or not to warn the next sims staying here…

Victorian Halloween

Obviously whoever lives in this house absolutely adores Halloween! It’s a Residential build on a 40×30 lot that’s stuffed full of cute details, and you just know they put on a massive Halloween party every year. Bet they give out full-size candy bars, too!

The Haunted House

We suppose you could call this build a “young” Haunted House Residential, as the 30×20 creation has traces of creepiness leaking in but it’s still very much a warm and welcoming place to live. Perhaps the spirits that haunt the place are merely the last residents to have lived here before they passed? It looks like the kind of locale to have one or two friendly specters floating about.

Even when the fireplace is lit, we get the feeling that this 30×20 Haunted House Residential is always cold inside. Despite being clearly lived in it seems like a pretty unwelcoming place, and darkness hangs over the home like a thick fog. Better to skip this one when your sims are out Trick-or-Treating!

Haunted Mansion

The creator for this build made it as a new home for the Goth family, and we absolutely love the vibes! A Haunted House Residential on a 30×20 lot, it’s full of rich detail and old-world extravagance with a touch of spooky on the side. We love the mix of details that show the home is well-loved and well-lived in, but most definitely not a place every sim would feel comfortable staying at. Perfect for The Sims’ most well-known family.

Haunted Horror House

This StrangerVille Haunted House Residential is build on a 30×20 lot and may be one of the most inhospitable places in town! The small Victorian features a range of depressing details such as a damaged/missing roof, boarded up windows, broken fencing, and lots of creepy clutter and junk left strewn about. If any house were to give your sims the impression that they do not belong, it would be this one!

Spooky House

A Residential 30×20 build brimming with macabre monochromatic decor and lovely landscaping. This 2-bedroom home is perfect for a lone sim or small family, but it’s also a great build design for turning the space into a creepy community attraction. We could see this place as a wonderful walk-through adventure for scare-seeking sims.

Haunted Old Mansion

This Haunted House 40×30 Residential build looks as inviting as it is creepy! The warm lighting makes the house feel oddly welcoming, as if it’s not empty due to curses or misfortune and instead is merely lonely and hoping for a new owner to bring life back within its walls. It almost has a romantic aura to it amongst the candlelight and overgrown gardens.

Better Days

A Haunted House Residential on a 40×30 lot, this Victorian mansion has grown decrepit over the years in reflection of the unfortunate family line that continues to reside there. Although not abandoned, the home rots away with every generation of luckless sims who spend their tortured lives within.

We love how oppressive the house feels. It’s clear that whoever lives there has just given up on life with no desire to fix things up, or perhaps they tried to improve the house but gave up after more and more of it fell apart around them.
