Enable The Sims 4 Pregnancy Cheats

Open the game and hit SHIFT + CTRL + C on your keyboard. Then, once the cheat box is opened, type “testingcheats true” in the bar. This will enable all the cheats you want to use.

If you’d still want to change your baby to a girl or boy with the help of using cheats, just type in cas.fulleditmode. Click on the baby once you have done it. After you have chosen the person, the Create-a-Sim editor will appear on the screen and you’ll have access to all the options as if you were creating a new Sim.
Try The Traditional Way!
Yet, there is also the traditional way! You can try to make a difference (up to some point, keep that in mind) whether your Sim will have a girl or a boy.
Simply choose different activities for your pregnant Sim. If you want a girl, have your Sim listen to pop music and eat strawberries. If you want a boy, your Sim needs to listen to alternative music and eat carrots.
However, this can only increase the likelihood in a natural way. Some percent of this process is still left for luck!
