The Fitness Cheat in The Sims 4
But to make any cheat work in The Sims 4, you’ll first need to enable the feature. That’s easily done through the combination of the SHIFT + CTRL + C keys on your keyboard. Note that this will be a bit different if you’re using an Apple device or a console. For example, you’ll need to swap for CMD instead of SHIFT on a MAC, and for the four triggers on a console controller.
