To make any cheat work in The Sims 4, we would have to first enable the activation of cheats. To do this on a PC, we should press the combination of the SHIFT + CTRL + C keys on our keyboards. If we are using an Apple device, we need to press CMD + SHIFT + C, and if we are using consoles, we should punch on the four triggers L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 on a console controller to activate the cheats. The cheat window will then open up, and we will need to type testingcheats true in the said bar. It is easy to use the fitness cheats in The Sims 4. We just need to type in stats.set_skill_level Skill_Fitness 10, which instantly maxes out our Sims’ fitness skill to level 10 and instantly provides our Sims with all the fitness abilities available.
However, if we don’t want Sims to immediately be an expert in this sporty field, we can simply use this version of the cheat – stats.set_skill_level Skill_Fitness. If we insert it like this instead, it will only add one level to our Sim’s fitness skill. And, if we add any number between 1 and 10 next to this cheat (for example, stats.set_skill_level Skill_Fitness 5), our Sims will instantly be granted that level. This way, we can control how experienced in fitness our Sims will be.
