Somik and Severinka are a creative Simmer duo known for crafting excellent food-related mods, such as the Realistic Cooking Mod for The Sims 4. Recently, the duo has also launched the 2-part Healthy Food Delivery Mod for the game, which allows your Sims to embrace healthier diets through the form of nutritious meals delivered to their doorstep each day. What Can Sims Get From the Home Delivery Mod?
Sims can get healthy prepared meals each day. These meals can be ordered individually or they can come as a whole set, called the Diet Day Set. An entire Diet Day Set is characterized by various labels—depending on each day of the week. For example, if your Sim orders the Diet Day 1 – Monday Set, they would get four meals from the package: a breakfast meal, a lunch meal, a dinner meal, and a snack.
Specific Diets For Every Sim
The Healthy Food Delivery mod also gives priority to Sims who have varying dietary requirements. Some of the diets feature meals that are vegetarian-friendly and lactose-free! Thus, every Sim can avail of the healthy diet service.

How To Avail of The Healthy Food Delivery
- On your Sim’s phone, click the Household button and select “Order a Delivery”
- From the options, choose “Delivery S&S “Healthy Food“
- You can select whether you want to order individual dishes or prepared sets (Diet Day Sets) for your Sims. The Diet Day Sets will help your Sims save more Simoleons!
- The food will arrive on your Sim’s doorstep as a delivery package. Once they unpack the package, the contents will automatically be found in the refrigerator.
- You can conveniently place the food for the day in your Sim’s inventory.
- Food does not spoil once they are still in their boxes, so your Sims can order many prepared sets in advance. For example, they can get a whole week’s worth of Diet Day Sets.
Losing Weight
The Healthy Food Delivery meals, when consumed regularly, will help your Sims lose weight. In each week of eating the food sets, your Sims will lose an average of 3 to 5 kilograms. If they couple their diet with exercise, they will lose weight even faster. Pretty neat, huh?
How Do We Install This Mod?
- The Healthy Food Delivery Mod has two parts. Installing Part 2 is optional. If you do wish to install it, you would need to install Part 1 first.
- Head over to the CurseForge site and download the said mods:
- Make sure that you have the XML Injector installed as well.
- Enable the use of custom content and mods and allow the use of script mods in the game options of your settings.
