There isn’t a standalone STD mod for Sims 4. No one has yet created a mod that allows Sims to catch diseases when they WooHoo, so you can’t work with that. And if you’ve been a player for a long time, you probably know why this is the case.

Why are there no STDs in sims 4?

In summary, because Sims 4 is a green game and it’s friendly to everyone, it also attracts more players and therefore more money. The developers want this to stay that way, even if their design philosophy doesn’t always make the game realistic. After all, it’s a video game that simulates the real world and into the actual real world.

With this mod, your Sims will be able to catch STDs if they aren’t careful. If they do, you’ll have to treat them back to health. You also have the option to turn STDs on or off if you like, so it never becomes a problem.

Besides STDs, this mod also adds menstrual cycles, birth controls, and miscarriages to your game. Basically, this mod adds all the things that will never become a part of The Sims 4 through regular packs and DLCs. But they make the game super realistic.

I’d definitely advise you to stay away from mods like Wonderful Whims if you’re below 18 years old. Some of the content you may counter could be dangerous and harmful, so keep that in mind. As much as we want to bring The Sims 4 closer to reality, sometimes it’s simply better not to do that.
