The Sims 4 Lovestruck Gameplay Trailer Is Coming Out Tomorrow!

If you’re eager to see the upcoming Lovestruck Gameplay Trailer for The Sims 4, the wait is almost over!

At this point we all know that the next Expansion Pack for The Sims 4 is called Lovestruck as it leaked almost a month ago and we’ve already received a teaser trailer for it. With the EP release less than 3 weeks away, The Sims is eager to get us to fall in love with this upcoming DLC, and they’ll be enticing us even more after the Official Lovestruck Gameplay Trailer releases tomorrow.

Where To Watch The Sims 4 Lovestruck Gameplay Trailer

The trailer is scheduled to drop on 11 July at 10:00am Pacific Time. It will be available to watch on YouTube, and you can set up a notification to let you know when it’s live!

What We Expect To See From The Trailer

While we don’t yet know how long the Lovestruck Gameplay Trailer will be, there are certain pieces of information that we can assume will be revealed.

A Look At Ciudad Enamorada

A rich new world with clear Mexican influences will greet us called Ciudad Enamorada, which translates to “city in love.” From what we’ve seen so far this world looks like it will have lots to do such as walking paths, Singles Hangout locations, and plenty of outdoor spaces for romantic dates or a little Woohoo fun. We’ve also seen hints of a flower stand, a large ornate fountain, and a wall sculpture with romantic graffiti as well, so perhaps there will be additional interactions with these items?

It’s unclear right now whether this new world will come with apartments like City Living and Eco Lifestyle did, so hopefully the new trailer clears that up.

Cupid’s Corner And The Updated Dating Mechanic

Many players are intrigued by the upcoming Cupid’s Corner App which will (hopefully) make finding a partner for your sims a whole lot easier, and we’ll almost definitely get a closer look at how it works in the Lovestruck Gameplay Trailer.

The dating system will be updated with the new EP and allow more interactions between sims and their dates, group dates, as well as excluding random sims from interrupting the Event. We’re wondering how different the system will look now especially if you’re planning a group date, and look forward to seeing it in action!

New Objects And Their Interactions

The teaser trailer showed us a few new objects coming in Lovestruck and we hope to see more details on these items. The Adult Costume Box appears to have many choices of costume as well as flirty dance moves to entice your date, and we’re eager to see how many options players will truly have with it. The Romantic Blanket is the first portable Woohoo spot for The Sims 4 and there’s more interactions to it than just that, so we want to see what else sims can do with it. Also, are there other romantic items that can be used anywhere? The box of chocolate-covered strawberries, perhaps?

Aspirations, Traits, Skills, and Careers

It’s already been revealed that there will be 2 new Aspirations, Traits, a Romance Skill, and a new Career track. We haven’t gotten many details about them yet but anticipate that the Lovestruck Gameplay Trailer will give us a deeper look into them. We’d love to see some of the new interactions what come with the Romantic Explorer and Paragon Partner Aspirations along with the Lovebug and Romantically Reserved Traits, and a peek into the kind of jobs the Romance Consultant Career Track involves.
