bATUU cREDITS: The Gallactic Sims 4 Currency

If you intend to buy anything when visiting the world of Batuu, you’ll have to throw simoleons out of the window. Well, not quite literally. You see, Batuu, the Star Wars-themed world from Sims 4: Journey to Batuu game pack, has its own currency, and it’s called Galactic Credits.

Because this is a foreign place, you will have to use these special credits to purchase stuff here. In fact, food, drink, and pretty much all items specific to Batuu can only be purchased using this currency.

However, galactic money is earned differently than simoleons. Your starting balance when you come to explore Batuu for the first time will be around 100, which is enough to grab a snack and purchase a few cool things. But, if you intend to spend a lot of time here, you’ll definitely need more credits. To acquire them, your Sim will need to complete missions, play Sabacc, and duel in light saber challenges. For instance, winning a light saber duel will grant them 200 Batuu credits. The more duels they engage in, the more credits they’ll collect.

The good news is, there is a shortcut to acquiring galactic credits, and you don’t have to do any of this to get Batuu money. The shortcut is called the Batuu money cheat! Now, let’s see how to activate it to get credits and free stuff.

hOW TO eNABLE cHEATS IN sIMS 4?

The first thing you’ll need to do before you start using the Batuu money cheat is to activate is to enable cheats in the game first. Launch your game and start playing an active household. You will need to open the dialogue bar in the upper left corner of your screen. To do that, simultaneously press the following buttons, depending on what device you play:

• PC – Ctrl + Shift + C
• Mac – Command + Shift + C
• PlayStation – L1 + L2 + R1 + R2
• Xbox – LT + RT + LB + RB

Once the cheat bar pops up, type testingcheats true, or testingcheats on, and hit Enter. If everything goes well, you’ll get a message below the cheat bar that the cheats were successfully activated. This means you can now start using the Batuu money cheat, and all other cheats in the game. If you want to close the cheat bar, just press ESC. 

How to Get more Batuu credits with batuu money cheats?

Luckily, you don’t have to do much adventuring while on Batuu if you just want some galactic credits. All you need to do is type a special Batuu money cheat that will give you as many galactic credits as you like.

Open the cheat bar and type bucks.update_bucks_by_amount 51201 X. Replace the ”X” with the number of credits you’d like to acquire. For example, if you’d like to get 600 galactic credits, simply type bucks.update_bucks_by_amount 51201 600 and hit Enter. You’ll see that 600 credits will be immediately added to your galactic account. Feel free to use it as many times as you need.

You can’t exchange galactic credits for simoleons and vice versa, so even if you get a huge amount via the Batuu money cheat, you’ll be able to spend it on Batuu only.

Get free Batuu Items for free with batuu cheats

If you’d like to get some Batuu items for free, you can also do that with a special Batuu money cheat hack that unlocks items. For this to work, you’ll need to have cheats enabled with testingcheats on. If you’ve already done that, simply Shift+click on your Sim, select Batuu cheats>Give Batuu Items. This won’t give your Sim galactic credits to spend, but will instead give you free Batuu items you’d otherwise have to collect.
