EA has finally shared Kits details for the May 2025 release. Let’s take a look!
In just a few days 3 new Kits will be releasing, marking the end of the Spring 2025 roadmap. We’ve known their titles for a while now but not much beyond that, until today. Here are the Kits details EA has released so far.

Get handy, make a mess, and enjoy every year of your life with the new Kits!
Restoration Workshop Kit
With the Restoration Workshop Kit sims will be able to repair microwaves, coffee makers, refrigerators and stoves. The Kit includes new versions of those items with a retro 50’s design aesthetic along with a myriad of workshop pieces such as shelving, workbenches, a water heater, and a working floor fan to keep things cool. Your sims can even turn this hobby into a small business!
Based on the preview image it looks like we can also expect some new wall and flooring patterns for a truly dingy space. This Kit would pair well with City Living, the Artist Studio Kit, and of course Businesses & Hobbies.
Kitchen Clutter Kit
The Kitchen Clutter Kit brings lots of personality to what is likely the busiest room in the home, with all sorts of goodies to make it feel lived-in. Open cereal boxes, a cookie jar, cleaning supplies, grocery bags, and a magnet-festooned refrigerator are just some of the items you can expect to see in this Kit, sure to please the clutter fiends out there.
This Kit will pair nicely with Parenthood, Cool Kitchen Stuff, and the Country Kitchen Kit.
Golden Years Kit
Your sims might be old, but they’re not dead yet! This Kit appears to focus on fashion and function specifically for our Elder sims, with outfits and accessories aimed at the oft-underappreciated life stage. In addition to new clothing your Elders can now have a nifty glasses chain on their eye wear, sport a toupee if the balding look isn’t for them, and protect their skin with thick gloves for gardening or other dirty tasks.
We see this Kit being a great companion to the Growing Together EP and Romantic Garden Stuff.
