Adventurous
Adventurous pets are quite curious and want to explore everything.
Options
- Has a very low chance to fail jumping on things.
- Likes to jump on objects more than other pets.
- Will not freakout on objects or Sims.
- 50% less chance to randomly get startled.
- Likes to play with the toilet more than other pets.
- Is a bit more likely to dig holes than other pets (but not as much as Destructive pets).
- Rarely hides under furniture.
- Gains fun for exploring under furniture.
- Will never do a Corgi Flop.*
- Not likely to be Skittish at full moon.


Aggressive
Aggressive pets aren't inherently mean, they usually just have a bad attitude when interacting with other pets. A bad attitude that usually leads to fights that is....
Options
- 50% less chance to randomly get startled.
- Has an aggressive eating style.
- 25% more chance to react to a doorbell by scratching at the door.
- A lot less likely to sit on a Sim.
- 50% less chance to Freak out from watching TV.
- More likely to get into fights with other pets.
- 15% more chance to win a fight.
- Needs 15% more relationship to become BFF with Sim.
- Will go after burglars that come onto your lot.
- More likely to chase the mailman.


Calm
Quiet pets do not make much noise.
Options
- 30% less chance, they wil make a noise when a Sim talks to it.
- Will not meow at all while being held.
- Not likely to sing along to the radio.


Clueless
Unsuspecting animals frequently forget what they have just made, and are easily distracted. They are not very quick to develop skills and characteristics come, but ideally with absent-minded Sims.
Options
- Has 50% more chance to fail jumping on things.
- 60% more chance to do a Corgi Flop.*
- Sometimes forget what they are about to do.
- Gets along well with Absent-Minded and Easily Impressed Sims as well as other Clueless pets.
- More chance to run in circles.
- Likes to splash in a water trough.
- Tricks take longer to learn.
- May wake up Sims in the middle of the night.
- 10% more chance they will not understand what the Sim asks them to catch.


Destructive
Whether it’s cutting up pieces of furniture, or to allow the digging of holes in the garden – Destructive pets cause chaos everywhere!
Options
- Choose destructive acts, like digging holes or knocking over trash cans, more often.
- Prefers to scratch and chew on furniture.


Friendly
Pets with a friendly disposition it easier to cope not only with other pets, but also usually have a better relationship with their Sims.
Options
- Gets along better with Friendly or Good Sims or other Friendly pets.
- Increases their relationships with other Pets faster.
- Very likely to sit on a Sim.
- 10% less chance to win a fight.
- Tries to hang out closer to Sims with whom they have a positive relationship.
- Will always greet a Sim when they enter the room.
- Requires 10% less relationship to become BFF with Sim.


Genius
Genius pets always thinking on their paws (or hooves). They learn skills and new traits quickly and get along well with other Genius pets and Sims.
Options
- Learns skills 25% faster.
- Gains a larger boost when being praised or scolded.
- Gets along better with Mean and Evil Sims as well as other Genius pets.
- Less chance to run in circles.
- Learns tricks much faster.
- 10% more chance they will understand what the Sim asks them to catch.


Hunter
Pets with hunting instincts are excellent to spot their prey and catch them.
Options
- Will gain the Hunting skill 25% faster.
- 15% more chance to win a fight.
- Autonomously hunts things more often.
- Likes to look at terrariums, aquariums and minor pets.
- More chance to autonously search for collectables.
- Very likely to attack the birdcage.
- More chance to autonomously start fishing.
- More chance to eat their prey.


Hyper
Hyper pets are super active and never like staying in one place. They are able to build energy much more quickly and have a slower energy decay.
Options
- Interactions that build energy do so more quickly.
- Energy drops 25% slower.
- Gains 15% more energy while sleeping.
- Gets fatigued 25% slower.
- 25% more chance to react to a doorbell by scratching at the door.
- Likes to play in puddles.
- Will always greet a Sim when they enter the room.


Independent
Pets are to be assisted by independent not only from itself, it also makes them more fun alone, instead of playing with others.
Options
- Has a very low chance to fail jumping on things.
- Social will drop 25% slower.
- Will autonomously socialize 50% less often.
- More likely to run away.
- Builds Fun 25% faster when doing solo interactions.
- Will never greet a Sim when they enter the room.
- Needs 15% more relationship to become BFF with Sim.


Lazy
Lazy pets just love to lie down or stay in one place as they get tired easily.
Options
- Has 50% more chance to fail jumping on things.
- Gets fatigued 50% faster.
- Energy drops 25% faster than other pets.
- Has a lazy eating style.
- Has a very low chance (just 10%) to react to a doorbell.
- Waits a lot longer to respond when a Sim calls them.
- Likes to watch tv.
- Prefers to nap over playing.


Neat
Neat Pets are naturally clean and love to be bathed.
Options
- Will groom themselves much more often.
- Will always use the litterbox.
- Not likely to knock over trashcan.
- Will not do any activities that makes them dirty like playing in trash or puddles.
- Will not pee indoors.
- Will not drink from toilet.


Noisy
Noisy Pets are very vocal and provide a special accompaniment when Sims are playing instruments.
Options
- 35% more chance, they wil make a noise when a Sim talks to it.
- Will meow more while being held.
- Likes to sing along to the radio.


Non-destructive
Non-destructive pets are very gentle, furniture can dig safely and no holes in the garden.
Options
- Prefers scratching posts and chew toys over furniture.
- Choose to perform destructive actions like knocking over trash cans, or digging holes in the yard.


Piggy
Piggy Pets are voracious eaters who don't mind munching garbage or drinking from the toilet.
Options
- Hunger will drop 25% faster.
- Has a sloppy eating style.
- Rarely cleans themselves and do not mind being dirty.
- Likes to watch Sims cooking, more than other pets.
- Often choose to do things that will make them dirty.
- Will most likely eat their hunted prey.
- Will drink from toilet.
- Will eat from harvestable plants.
- Likely to pee indoors.
- Will beg for food more than other pets.


Playful
Playful pets will always have fun and are quite unconcerned.
Options
- Will play more than other pets.
- Loses Fun 25% faster (when not playing).
- Gains Fun 25% faster when playing.
- Has a playful eating style.
- Likes to splash in a water trough/bathtub.


Proud
Proud to have pets and look for something better always comes first, poor hygienic conditions, they are a horror.
Options
- Will not autonomously socialize with younger pets.
- Refuses to use a very dirty litterbox and thus will pee on the floor instead.
- 24% chance to give a proud reaction when communicating with a Sim.
- Grooms themselves more often.


Shy
Pets with the Shy trait prefer and are the happiest when around their Sim. Being around other pets and Sims make them a bit nervous.
Options
- 60% more chance to do a Corgi Flop.*
- Twice as much chance to randomly get startled.
- Autonomously socializes 10% less often.
- Prefers to socialize with the Sim whom they have the highest relationship with.
- Fun and relationship rises faster when doing interactions with their favorite Sim.
- Builds skills 15% faster when doing skill interactions with their favorite Sim.
- Prefers to sleep in a pet house.
- Waits longer to respond when a Sim calls them.
- Will never greet a Sim when they enter the room.


Skittish
Frightened pets are predisposed very nervous and jumpy.
Options
- Is very likely to freakout on objects or Sims.
- Has 50% more chance to fail jumping on things.
- Is less likely to jump on objects than other pets.
- 10% more chance to become afraid/panic during a conversation.
- Loses more relationship with Sims that startled them than normal.
- Twice as much chance to get startled.
- Is not likely to play with the toilet.
- 10% more chance to get Nauseous.
- Will hide under objects more than other pets.
- 60% more chance to do a Corgi Flop.*
- Very likely to be Skittish at full moon.
