I REALLY hope this isn't a watered down version of somthing. If this is just like Create-A-Sim seperate release I WILL CREAM.

Well, I hope that it's a full version. If EA released a sim one once, then I think they should do the same with Pets.

On mod the sims someone put a link down to some pets in the exchange but they got taken down, I was going to post it too.. darn... Oh well is all I have to say there was one freaky looking dog... I'm guessing they were low quality dogs because they were kind ehhh.
But I'm looking forward to the demo.. 22nd will be here soon!

I even had to install Origin and then it doesn't even work!?

On mine it says: "Not released yet"...

We HAVE to install Origin to get the demo? Well, see my other post about that! I can live without the demo.

So? What do you guys think about the demo?

It was nice, but for some reason it was a little laggy for me. Especially when I move the sliders it tended to lag alittle. Otherwise it was good! :)

I want the demo. But I don't want Origin. WTH is this.

I'm reading lots of horror stories over at the official EA forums, like games that have stopped working, bought store content disappearing. Between those and the Origin thing, I'm not going to install the CAP demo. Let 'em beta test on somebody else.

well i thot it was really good, took some time to learn how to make all the hair patterns and stuff but after i did, it was easy. i made five pets so far, three dogs and a cat from my realy pets, and then a horse.. and im loving how the horses are looking. really realistic

People might want to read up on this before installing the demo.

I heard all about that. That's so dumb that EA linked the games... It's already a 1.5+GB download, why make it dependant on an even bigger game?

Meh, why can't EA do something right?? The hell I didn't know that the demo and the original games was gonna be connected somehow. The demo works fine but now my original The Sims 3 game wont work at all... Why must EA always mess everything up?? I always thought that the demo was a seperate game.

Argh! EA always makes me wanna punch a whole through the wall!

Otherwise the CAP is awesome! I've already created a bunch of pets, too bad we can't play with them yet. Oh, and I love the new layer funtion, it makes it a little easier (or harder) to make a copy of your real pet :) What I don't like about the layer is that skinned looking thing up in the left corner, where you have to put the markings. It gets kinda annoying for a while when you try to put that spot underneath the dogs eye or something. Why can't we just put markings directely on the pets? Cause that would be so much easier!

Now I just have to figure out what to do about my original game... >_>
