Post Medieval skins to Sims 3?
Has anyone ever converted the skintones from Medieval over to The Sims 3?

Ok know for a fact that someone has. Tbh, they don't look as good in ts3, which is a bummer. But search "TSM for TS3" and you'll find the MATY page with all the links.

Yup! Taking data from the game and using it is piracy in technical words. I mean, if you have TSM, and want TSM stuff for TS3, it's not that bad. But no, I don't have TSM and I have data from it.

So sue me. and every other thing I've done.
