That description sounds like something from EA. Its sounding more and more legit, I wonder when it would be released.

Which is why I don't get how people pay 20 dollars for them! Why do people need games that add objects that have the same function as other objects but just look different? The objects have no added functions! I would feel like i just threw out 20 dollars. Especially since most objects are decor anyway.
except the hot tubs are nice and i don't have LN to have a hot tub so i could get them with the sp but i'm still not convinced!

Yeah, I don't get it either. This SP is the worst because its theme lends it so well to just having the objects added with a Seasons EP. It's ridiculous, I am not paying for $20 for that. Stuff Packs are dumb.

Yeah.. I think this was a bust. So far HELS looks not terrible, but according to LGR's review this one was worst than Fast Fart Stuff.

What with Rod Humble leaving and the total lack of information about the next expansion, I'm beginning to wonder what they're upto.....

I know right? We should know something about it by now.

They are up to selling Sims Medieval before adverticing for EP4.... At least that is what I think ;)

Allgedly, the next EP is due for release on Feb 25th... 3 days from now.

Apparently there is a rumor going around about "The Sims 3: Generations!" what the hell is that?!

I really hope that's not it.

When it was first mentioned a few months ago people were speculating that it is actually a future console title and not the next EP.

Well, SimPrograms suggested that maybe Generations has to do with seasons. But i don't exactly get that. I don't think that'll be it.

To me it definitely sounds like a console game. Offtopic: These console spin-offs are pretty lame in my opinion and it's not where EA will make the real money..

"Generations" sounds like that family-themed EP that players have wanted so badly. Which I don't get... I agree that the next EP should involve children and toddlers a lot more but the main focus shouldn't be on them completely. On the TS3 forums there are of course people believing it to be pets or seasons. But I fail to see how Seasons can be related to the title "Generations".

If it is a family-oriented EP; what more could they do with it? Sounds pretty bland to me unless they add more family things to do within the 4 seasons.

Offtopic: Regardless, I just want to find out so that I can plan out the next expansion in my CAW. I've wanted to do that for so long.

Don't ask me. People just want Seasons so bad, I suppose.

I do too, but I know that if this is the true next EP then it's not going to be Seasons. Which is going to be incredibly lame. I waited forever for this to be announced and now I have to wait again and possibly again... The Sims 3 will be forever boring for me until I get the Seasons in there.

So here's to another half year (at least) of not playing The Sims 3. In fact, I probably wouldn't even buy this supposed EP.
