i'd say that late night is actually a remake of apartment life (possibly, we don't know for sure) but definitely superstar and nightlife.

Well this isn't a new thing, EA has recycled before with Sims 2: Hot Date=Nightlife, Vacation=Bon Voyage (the list goes on). we've seen this before. Personally it doesn't bother me as long as they keep it fresh and add new features.

I wouldn't say they're recycling, I would say they're following an old/new pattern.

I disagree that Ambitions was a remake of Freetime/Open for Business. While it may have had a few of their features, it was a completely different concept. World Adventures and Late Night, on the other hand, are the same concept as the games they're remakes of.

I agree with you.

There are business aspects in the game but those aspects have been slowly introduced since the TS3 base game (for example, owning community lots). But there is no real BUSINESS that you can actually run and control.

I don't think they are recycling the old at all. Some of the concepts maybe similer but I think everything is new and nicely laid out for this the 3rd edition of the series.

I like the way they are making TS3 EP in which they put some features from previous games with new stuff and using the open neighbourhood and traits. I prefer it rather than the formulaic TS2 where we had the predictable pattern remake-new idea-remake.

I definitely think that the new EP should include Seasons as well as some outdoor activities like hiking, surfing, playing golf, skiing, but also farming in which you can have rabbits as pets and ridable horses which would work as the bike, but also as a pet.
