Yes I do. I'm planning on doing some playtime on sims 2 this week sometimes. I will be posting some pictures when I get thru. One of my sim families will be celebrating Christmas this week. Yes I know it's July but I'll be too busy with the sims 3 in December to do a sims 2 Christmas plus it fits in with the Christmas in July theme this week.

Aww Christmas in the Sims. I've only done that once. Santa left my sims coal. I forget why though.... :/ But ah well do share! I'm going to send my sims on vacation soon. I'll share a few when I do. :P

I'm still playing, I went back to build the apartment I'm in, but these are some other apartments that I built, one is a mall/apartment:

Of course I play it. XD I'm in charge of A Pleasant View so I have to, for the sake of the series.

I will be playing once I get all this CC Installed. Then I'll come share some pics. In the meantime Kristin..you should share some of your awesome builds here! Because well..they're awesome =P

I just reinstalled it yesterday after thinking sims 3 didn't beat it!

Here is what i've been working on since yesterday:




It's a small neighborhood built on the TWIKI ISLAND map, and then the lots are placed shoulder to shoulder.

I also took every sim (minus Hal from Veronaville...oops) to this new NH, by adding them all to one household and moving them, so they don't loose their relationships.

Yep, yep, yep! I went back quite recently. Want to know why? Do ya? Do ya? Well, I'll tell you anyway.

Because I cannot play The Sims 3 on this computer without it randomly crashing, no matter what I do. People have suggested that I buy an expansion pack and see if that works, but I'm not gonna pay money for something that might not even work . . . and, unexpectedly, I've been having a lot more fun with TS2 than I did with TS3. I got bored with the newer game a lot, but I've been playing TS2 recently for hours and hours at a time. It may have to do with all the EPs I have, but eh. Not complaining.

So, yeah. Love TS2. Dislike TS3. Only thing I wish it had were seamless neighborhoods and the ability to go visit your friends.

Oh, TS2, how I have missed thee. <3

When I first bought TS3 last year, I was so addicted to it that I planned on un-installing TS2 and all its EPs and selling them, but now I'm sooooo glad I didn't!

Lucky you didn't. XD I did when I installed Windows 7 and didn't' back anything up. So lesson learned. :P

Aw thanks. :] I do try to name them names I've never given a sim before but by now it's getting hard to find ones that are nice and I haven't used yet. xD

I really have no idea where I got that hair since I dled it months and months ago. It looks like a peggy one though. So I probably got it from PMD.

I DOOOO!! I play both of them, I wish i could post pics but all my favorite stuff is a a friends house on their computer, I made a nice 1920's ritzy hotel based off of Revolgrite Hotel - The Sim man. Its pre sweet. Maybe if i can take a few pics ill post em. I love both games, i like the sims 2 more without CC then TS3. I think that might be because ive never played TS2 with it. :]

I am a die hard Sims 2 fan and have never had any interest in playing Sims 3.
No offense to all who play and love it, but I simply:

A/ Could not part with my Sims 2 game, which I am still enjoying, exploring and learning about all the time.
and
B/ Could not get used to the puddin' faced Sims in Sims 3 that all tend to resemble eachother somewhat.

Not to mention that I absolutely love creating for the Sims 2 still, too!

I play both the sims 3 and the sims 2. I agree the females on the sims 2 look a lot better then their sims 3 counterparts. Not only this the sims 2 has some hairstyles that I love that will probebly never come to the sims 3. If you look at my Carter holiday picture thread Hannah is wearing one of those hairs and no one at modthesims will convert it. I would love to have that hair in the sims 3.

I have read recently that many hair meshers do not wish their Sims 2 hair to be converted to Sims 3, because they don't convert well AT ALL.
I know quite a few object meshes are being converted from 2 to 3, but creators are warning that the hair does NOT transition well from one to the other, unfortunately.
