 Follow
I think it'd be kool if there was a 'follow' command for kids and toddlers and stuff. LIke you know how you see parents walking along the streets and their kids are following them. And maybe a command so that the parents can instruct their children to follow them; also having a disobediant trait so that kids might just walk off... :)

 Re: Follow
I like that idea. Also can make things easier if you juts need to click somewhere once instead of twice for each sim.
Could also work for two or more adult sims hanging out, too, if they're going to the same places as a group. Like a gang of friends, prowling the streets for a good time!
That alone would make a lot of sense with the open neighbourhood aspect. Although the idea of a bad kid wandering off is cute, too.

 Re: Follow
I never thought of these ideas, but they're really good! I think that being able to wander around with friends is a great idea, and kids following their parents. It'd be cool to see certain people who are influenced by others like a best friend follow each other and do what they do, like a gang leader or something.

 Re: Follow
Well wat i kinda hate in the sims 2 is that if u were having a outing with family or friends they would all wander off and not stay together. Maybe u should have a choice. Like in the mall everyone would go to the stores together but if ur in a nightclub or something they cold kinda wander off.

Yea, see how far that gets you, stop trying to justify & lying to yourselves. The bottom line is no matter if you buy it later .. you still stole it.

 Re: Follow
That does sound neat. Wouldn't it be even more fun if sims with certain traits had a tendency to command them to do other things. Like an evil sim might command a toddler to go steal something, stuff along those lines. At least, I'd find it funny. But just follow would be very useful, and make things easier.

 Re: Follow
Yes, this is a great idea. I really hope that there is some management for the seemless neighborhood. I hope that sims have a AI enough to know that they are doing what they are doing. Inviting people over in TS2 was EPIC FAILURE

 Re: Follow
I wonder how the AI works when it comes to going places when you've had someone invited over. Will they follow you to your destination?

 Re: Follow
Follow could work for families who are biking, walking, jogging, riding in cars etc.I hope there is something like this that one sim can ask his whole family to follow him etc Chris the husband and dad wants his wife Lois and their 2 children to follow him to Lake Falls so they can have a picnic in front of the waterfall togeather of fish togeather.
Another example Chris wants his wife and two kids to join him on bikes on their way to the beach so Chris ask Lois,Gene and Kelly to follow him when he gets on his bike and the 4 of them bike down to the beach togeather.I really hope this can happen especially with biking and jogging.I like for my families to do stuff togeather.
