I've never been to therapy before. At least, not legal therapy. In eleventh grade, a couple things happened that resulted in me having sort of the equivalent of a mental breakdown, and I got a lot of counseling from my wonderful guidance counselor in high school. Those demons have gone to rest now and I've graduated high school, so I don't go back for counseling or anything. However, I'd gladly go for family counseling if my family agreed to it and could afford it (although neither is going to happy); there's a lot of crap going on in my house and has been for a long time. It's nothing I can't deal with on a regular basis because I'm used to it, but that doesn't make it any more "right."

sha been to therapy the the therapist at my school was horrible so i quit i dont really need therapy, but i would also love to get my family to go to family therapy, but my parents are closed minded nad refuse to even consider talking about my issues and our issueas as a family.

i think me and my brother went once when we were lil coz we fought so much hehehehe.
i dont see my brother that much any more, we lead very different lives, but we get on fine now.

People say I should have therapy. Because I am incredibly pessimistic. But no, no therapy for me. Actually I have some friends that have pretty much screwed up their lives, so I try to help them, act like a therapist...yeah.

People say the same thing about me but I've never been to therapy either and I hope that I don't have to go...I do try to give my friends advice when things aren't going well for them and sometimes we get guidance counselors involved.

i went for about a year when i was 14, we didn't really have councellers or therapists in school, so i had to go to a private one, because i was bullied in school and stuff and it made me depressed, and have like anxiety and panic attacks, those  really knocked my confidence, but i'm ok now :laughing:
i'd love to have a school reunion just to give them a pice of my mind lol, and so they could see how i've changed
