i havnt been able to use my computer for a half a year now, so ive been using my moms and she wont let me instal more then one game on her computer. i already got the game on the pc and my brother just got a 360. i wanna know if its worth it, getting the game on console.

I have both games, and the PC version is far better. However, if you really cannot play the game on PC in any way, then the console version is a good substitute.

Most of the aspects of the game are the same, including CAS, house building (albeit with a remote), and general gameplay. The other draw backs I came across was that the neighbourhood isn't seamless, but the loading screens between sections of the town are no more than 10 - 20 seconds long.

Keep in mind there is not as much content when it comes to furnishing your house, but thing is of course if you've played the PC Expansions. If not, then there is just as much content than the base game had.

There are some benefits of playing on the console, for example, laying on your bed, sitting on the sofa with friends, it's just a different way to play.

A heads up though, the game on console has a tendency to be somewhat laggy in certain areas, but it's nothing that ruins the game.

oh, wow! thanks, ill still be thinking about it, afterall it is a bit more expensive then the pc game, but are the karma powers anygood? would it be worth getting for the karma powers?

The PS3 version, but it is the same for 360.

I want the Wii version for direct control.
