I think cos they screwed up SimCity Socities (Were on update number 5 guys and that came only a month after the release in November!) they believe the EP wont sell that well and are only offering to the Download members and SimCity Box people, also part of marketing. I think its a shame that they did screw it up cos it looked good! Anyway, where did the drivable vehicles, and everything else in SimCity 4 go, just next gen. I always curse next gen for 'nice looks not enough stuff to play it with'
