So we are testing things and found some stuff broken but if you find something post it here and we will see what we can do. We know about somethings but not all things as of today we did fix about 25things some major. So some of you kept pm'in me about things and I"m working on it

This may have to do with my internet connection, but earlier, whenever I'd post, the page wouldn't process it. So I'd have to go back, copy it and try it again.

Nope, you two aren't alone. It's been timing out for everyone. It keeps doing it to me during the most inconvenient times. D: It hasn't been so bad today. Yesterday was horrible.

I don't think it is the forum itself that is the problem because it was doing that for me at the new/test forum too. (When this forum didn't load/loaded slow, I tried going there instead.)

You're right. The test forum is doing the same thing.

Now Sims 3 is getting closer to release, this site is getting a huge amount of visitors; an average of over 10.000 a day. This causes slowdown, pages not loading etc.

I get lagged out msg on my mac and I get a button to resend the same post
So I don't have to re type anything.

Other than the occasional lag or freeze, nothing has been going wrong on my end. Except the boinestest tag that has now appeared next to offtopic and spoiler. I take it Boines made it to test out the youtube embedder, but shouldn't the name be changed to something else?

In the old forum, when you clicked a link in a post, it popped up in a new tab. Now, it opens in the same window. Possible to fix?

Just right click open in new tab? That's what I'm doing which is a pain I know. I was searching for something yesterday when I was msn had to right click everytime ;(

It can aparantly be fixed, look at Shadow's link. I hate right-clicking.
