In the Neighbourhoodscreen, open up the cheat window and enter the cheat: boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled true Enter your desired lot, buy a telescope and click a Sim. Hold down Shift and left-click on the telescope. Now choose DEBUG - Get Abducted and the abduction will begin. When you're done, disable the cheat with boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled false.
